Access to Insight

An offering of resources for Buddhist practice

The focus here is on resources to support and deepen Buddhist meditation practice. While the emphasis is on teachings from the Theravada Buddhist tradition, other Buddhist traditions are welcome and represented as well.

Many of the resources found here may also be found at Access to Insight BBS and other Dharmanet sites.

This homepage is brand new (April 1995) and under heavy construction. If something here doesn't work as advertised, try again next week – maybe by then I'll have fixed it. If you have any comments, corrections, questions, or suggestions for improvements please drop me a note.
